Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Retainr. By creating a workspace you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of an agency, you confirm you have authority to do so.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at help@retainr.tech if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Plans & billing

The Starter plan is free. Paid plans (Studio, Agency) are billed monthly in KWD as shown on our pricing page. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable notice before any price change.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Retainr to break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other tenants' data.
• Don't upload malware or content you have no right to store.

Your data

You retain all rights to the data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate the service. You can export your data at any time, and we delete it on request as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability & changes

We work to keep Retainr available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued use means acceptance.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Retainr is a record-keeping tool and is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or tax advice.
